Review Queue

The Review Queue is where AI-generated content waits for your approval before being published. Nothing goes live until you say so.

How It Works

When the AI finishes generating content for an instruction, each post lands in the Review Queue with a Pending status. You get to look everything over and decide what gets published.

The review page has two tabs:

• Pending - Content that needs your review right now.
• History - A record of everything you have already approved or rejected.

Reviewing a Post

Each item in the queue shows you everything you need to make a decision:

• Platform - Which social media account the post is headed to.
• Content - The full text of the AI-generated post.
• Media - Any attached images or videos, shown as thumbnails.
• AI Confidence Score - A quality rating from Tona's AI, along with optional feedback explaining the score.

Approving or Rejecting

• Click Approve to send the content to your platform. The post moves to the History tab with an "Approved" label.
• Click Reject to discard the content. It will not be published. Rejected content does not cost any credits, so do not hesitate to reject anything that does not feel right.

Review History

Switch to the History tab to see all your past decisions. Each entry shows the same details as the pending view, plus whether you approved or rejected it and when. Use this tab to look back at previous content or audit your publishing decisions.
