Tona AI

Tona AI is your project's built-in AI assistant. You can chat with it directly from your project dashboard to get help with content ideas, ask questions about your brand, or let it take actions on your behalf.

Getting Started

To open Tona AI, click Tona AI in your project sidebar. The chat interface opens right inside your project, so you always have your brand context at hand.

Tona AI is available on Pro and Elite plans. If you are on a Free or Starter plan, you will see an option to upgrade.

What You Can Do

Tona AI knows about your project settings, connected platforms, knowledge base, and memories. You can use it to:

• Brainstorm content ideas for your social media channels.
• Draft posts and get suggestions tailored to your brand voice.
• Ask questions about your project setup or publishing history.
• Get recommendations on how to improve your content strategy.

How It Works

Just type your message in the chat input and press send. Tona AI will respond in real time, streaming its reply as it thinks. The conversation history is saved, so you can pick up where you left off.

Sometimes the AI may ask you follow-up questions with clickable options to help narrow down what you need. Simply click an option or type your own response.

Tips

• Be specific. The more detail you give, the better the AI's response will be.
• Use it alongside your Knowledge Base. The AI draws from your stored brand information to stay on-brand.
• Iterate on ideas. Ask the AI to revise or adjust its suggestions until they feel right.
