Review Queue

The Review Queue is where AI-generated content waits for your approval before being published. Nothing goes live until you say so.

How It Works

When the AI finishes generating content for an instruction, each post lands in the Review Queue with a Pending status. You get to look everything over and decide what gets published.

The review page shows pending content at the top (when available) and a full history below. You can filter the history by source:

• All - Everything, both human and AI reviews.
• Human - Only actions reviewed by you.
• Agent - Only actions reviewed by Tona's AI.

Reviewing a Post

Each item in the queue shows you everything you need to make a decision:

• Platform - Which social media account the post is headed to.
• Content - The full text of the AI-generated post.
• Media - Any attached images or videos, shown as thumbnails.
• AI Confidence Score - A quality rating from Tona's AI, along with optional feedback explaining the score.

Approving or Rejecting

• Click Approve to send the content to your platform.
• Click Reject to discard the content. It will not be published. Rejected content does not cost any credits, so do not hesitate to reject anything that does not feel right.
• Click Reject & Retry to reject the content and have the AI regenerate it using your feedback. Provide a reason explaining what should be changed, and Tona will create a new version based on your notes.

Review History

The history section shows all past review decisions. Each entry displays the same details as the pending view, plus whether it was approved or rejected, who reviewed it (you or the AI), and any feedback provided. Use this to look back at previous content or audit your publishing decisions.
