Persona
Define your brand's voice and goals to shape how the AI writes for you.
Persona
Your persona tells the AI how to sound and what to focus on when creating content. Think of it as a creative brief for your brand's voice. Once set, every post, reply, and caption will reflect the personality and goals you define here.
Objective
Your objective is the big-picture goal behind your content. It tells the AI what you are trying to achieve so it can write with purpose.
Examples:
- "Grow our developer community by sharing useful tips and tutorials."
- "Promote our SaaS product by highlighting features and customer success stories."
- "Build trust in our brand by being helpful and approachable in every interaction."
Be specific about what success looks like for your brand. The clearer your objective, the better your content will be.
Personality
Your personality setting controls the tone and style of your AI-generated content. It shapes how the AI communicates, not just what it says.
Examples:
- "Professional but friendly. Use simple language. Avoid jargon."
- "Witty and casual. Reference pop culture when it fits. Use emojis sparingly."
- "Authoritative and data-driven. Back up claims with numbers. Keep a formal tone."
Tips
- Be specific. "Friendly and helpful" is a good start, but "Friendly, helpful, and always include a call to action" is even better.
- Update as your brand evolves. Your goals and voice may shift over time. Revisit your persona settings when your strategy changes.
- Test with a few posts first. After updating your persona, generate a handful of drafts and review them before going all-in on the new voice.
