Discord
Connect Discord to Tona to post in your channels and enable AI-powered auto-replies in your server.
Discord

Publishing
Use Publishing mode to broadcast content to one or more Discord channels.
Getting Started
- Go to your project and click Add Platform.
- Select Discord from the list.
- Set up a webhook in your Discord channel:
- Open your Discord server and go to the channel you want to post in.
- Click the gear icon to open Channel Settings.
- Go to Integrations, then Webhooks.
- Click New Webhook, give it a name, and copy the webhook URL.
- Paste the webhook URL into Tona and click Connect.
You can add multiple webhooks to broadcast to several channels at once.
What You Can Send
- Text messages for updates and announcements
- Images attached to your posts
- Videos embedded in your posts
Messaging
With Messaging mode, Tona can automatically reply when someone mentions your bot in a Discord server. This feature is available on the Elite plan.
When someone tags your bot with @mention, Tona reads the recent conversation and generates a thoughtful, on-brand response.
Setting Up
- Go to your project and click Add Platform.
- Switch to the Messaging tab and select Discord Bot.
- Follow the instructions to connect your bot to Tona.
- Make sure your bot has been invited to the servers where you want it to respond.
- Toggle Automation on to start auto-replying.
Dashboard
Your Discord dashboard shows you:
- Subscriptions listing your connected webhook channels
- Messages Sent showing how many posts have been broadcast
- Messages Replied tracking auto-replies from your bot
