Calendar

The Calendar gives you a bird's-eye view of everything Tona is publishing for your project. It lays out your scheduled, in-progress, and completed posts on a familiar monthly grid.

Reading the Calendar

Each day on the calendar shows small colored dots next to your posts. The colors tell you the status at a glance:

• Gray - Draft content that has not been sent yet.
• Blue - Content currently being processed.
• Green - Successfully published.
• Red - Something went wrong during publishing.

If a day has more than a few posts, you will see a "+N more" label. Click the day to see the full list.

Navigating Between Months

Use the left and right arrow buttons at the top of the calendar to move between months. Today's date is highlighted so you can always find your place.

Filtering Your View

Filter buttons above the calendar let you focus on what matters:

• All - Show everything for the month.
• Scheduled - Show only posts that are waiting to be published.
• Completed - Show only posts that have already been published.

Viewing a Specific Day

Click on any day to open a detail view listing all posts for that date. You can see each post's platform, content preview, and current status. It is a quick way to check on the day's activity or spot any issues.
